Billing & access

Clear terms. No surprises.

Getting started: Creating an account and using your complimentary analyses requires no payment details.
When payment begins: Payment begins only when you choose to subscribe and complete checkout.
Billing frequency: The subscription is billed monthly and renews each billing period until canceled.
Analysis allowance: Each billing period includes 100 research analyses. Unused complimentary analyses do not carry over.
After free analyses: Once your three complimentary analyses are used, you can subscribe from Settings to continue researching.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings through the secure billing portal.

Can I try MindVast before subscribing?

Yes. Eligible new accounts receive three complimentary research analyses in total. This allowance is granted once per person and does not renew, including if an account is deleted and created again.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You can sign in and use your complimentary analyses without entering payment details.

What happens after my free analyses are used?

You can subscribe to MindVast from Settings. Checkout is completed through our secure payment provider, and your monthly allowance becomes available once the subscription is active.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Settings and choose Manage subscription to cancel through the secure billing portal.

What counts as a research analysis?

One research analysis is one research question that returns an evidence-backed result, including results that are marked partial. Requests that fail for technical reasons are not counted.

Does MindVast provide full research papers?

No. MindVast works with scholarly research records and available source material, often abstracts and bibliographic metadata. Access to full papers depends on each publisher and is not guaranteed.

Is MindVast suitable for institutions?

MindVast supports research questions across scholarly disciplines. Subscriptions are currently individual; team or institutional billing is not offered.
